Operations Performance Partners is led by Lee Hayward, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of senior operational leadership across food, FMCG, manufacturing, and distribution. With an MBA from Curtin University, Lee has managed large-scale multi-site operations and directed teams exceeding 300 employees. His expertise spans full P&L accountability, major capital-project execution, and operational-readiness strategies. Lee bridges the gap between high-level strategy and practical site results, driving excellence in labour efficiency, waste reduction, OEE, planning, and continuous improvement for Australian businesses.
